The masters of French wake haute cuisine down at Rouffiac had wake’s answer to candymonster Daniel Grant stop by recently. Cool, but it was the riding from disabled sit-waker (if that term didn’t exist, it does now) Manu that made us trip. Waterskidding in a sit-ski. Sit-ski just sounds way too lame, hence our use of sit-wake. Whatever, shit is pretty rad to see.
